Assisted the producers of the Lincoln team with production elements (audio, video, lighting, carpentry, FX, etc) for a 2-day filmed meeting and vehicle reveal for high quality content for marketing purposes and overall execution of the Continental reveal and release event.
The Lincoln Dealers’ Meeting at the JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort & Spa gave Lincoln Automotive its annual opportunity to showcase the company’s innovative and technological skills. Assisted the producers of the Lincoln team with production elements (audio, video, lighting, carpentry, FX, etc) and overall execution of the annual dealer’s meeting and Continental reveal and release event. Spent ten days onsite to make it all happen during the two day dealer meeting.
On either side of the meeting’s 200-foot stage were oversized glass panels; together, they weighed 1,500 pounds. Behind the panels were white laminate walls covered with three dimensional back lit ‘badge’ shaped icons that mimic the Lincoln logo. Another reveal at center stage featured three-dimensional projection mapping onto a custom silk that covered a concept car.
